30 weeks old and changing everyday!
Well, Maddox is now 30 weeks old. It is going by so fast. We are having so much fun being parents. The truth is, Maddox makes it very easy. We both come home from work and just hang out on the floor with him for a while…
It seems like there are so many new things happening at once.
- He is trying so hard to crawl! He scoots backwards and get’s in the push-up position. He’s starting to pick his knees up and scoot them forward but he hasn’t figured out how his hands should work yet.
- He is trying really hard to talk. He’s now closing his mouth and making a “b” sound with his lips. This is a lot of fun because he produces a ton of spit and doesn’t mind sharing it with others.
- Also, he is now attempting to eat his bath toys. Once he got the little yellow duck in his mouth he couldn’t get it out. Poor duck had no idea…
- One of our favorite things is he’s laughing more and more. He’s been ticklish for a while now so daddy take’s advantage of that. But, little things are making him laugh…like dropping a toy, we say “uh-oh”, and he thinks it’s hysterical. I could listen to that laugh all day…
Who knew we could love this much!
Okay, the teeth are absolutely adorable! Chloe still doesn’t have any and it sounds like she’s about where Maddox is with crawling. She’s acting more interested but just can’t seem to bring herself to take off…maybe by her first birthday!?! We have got to get together. It has been way to long. Plus, I need to give your platter back!
